 Phil was admitted as a solicitor in 1987. He worked in leading city practices in his early years, where he was exposed to high-profile work in commercial and finance areas. He continues to be retained by a leader in the health-care industry in respect to its mortgage security work and general Queensland law compliance, and has a range of SME business and private clients.
Phil is known for his work in the body corporate law area. He advises leading body corporate management companies on issues affecting their clients and is closely involved in monitoring changes in this area.
