Before joining Maunsell Pennington Steven was a partner in McCarthy Holzberger Solicitors for 26 years, practising primarily in the property and commercial law areas.

Over the last 15 years he has developed a substantial practise in the heavily regulated pharmacy industry providing advice to a large number of private clients throughout Australia and professional bodies, bankers and wholesalers operating in that sector.

Steven is widely regarded as an expert in the State and Commonwealth Pharmacy Legislation, and administrative reviews and appeals of decisions made under that legislation.  He is a regular lecturer and presenter for the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, the Australian College of Pharmacy Practise and Management and Griffith University.

Steven is married with four children none of whom show any signs of leaving home.  A lapsed swimmer and runner he is hoping to be inspired to make a comeback by his hyperactive colleagues at Maunsell Pennington.
